1- The reception was incredibly supportive and accommodating. They kindly allowed an early check-in, nearly 4 hours ahead of schedule, and provided a secure storage room for our bags until our room was ready. 2- Fantastic location! It’s very close to the water park, with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. Perfect spot to unwind after a full day at the water park and the nearby shopping mall.”

Location is excellent and nearby the Sunway Pyramid Mall and Convention Centre because we've big event there. Bathroom is very clean c/w nice water pressure. But the room is quite small. Some furniture need to be upgrading and restoration such as wall paper peer off, vanity top, etc.

There was one room number 401 which is suitable to stay in it , king bed large room clean and everything was perfect as u need on hotel rooms , But the other rooms was not clean too small the decision too old the wall papers need to be changed. My advice to sleep in 401 room only or book only this room if available. But it's nice hotel near to Sunway Lagoon and mall which is in waking distance, 7 eleven shop all around u .

The hotel is well-maintained and the staff is helpful. The location is very good to access Sunway Pyramid and Sunway Lagoon. The price is very reasonable for this area. If you come for a job interview for any Sunway entity, it is a very convenient place as well. Menara, Pinnacle, and SunU/college are within walking distance.

- The location just next to Sunway Pyramid (very near like 2-3 minutes walk). -I booked deluxe king room, so it is a bit spacious than the usual room, make me feel comfortable and it has window (the view is Sunway Outdoor Parking lot and i can regularly check on my car that i parked there for two days for RM20 only, i don't use my car because i can just walk to Sunway Pyramid for shopping and the Surf Beach to watch Grandwave Kpop Music Fest. concert there) - lots of shops, mart & restaurants around with a big shopping mall just next to it. Pelita 24 hrs is there too just in case come back late from concert around midnight and you're hungry - have hair dyer in bathroom. They provide shampoo, shower cream & 2 towels - has a mini refrigerator in the deluxe king room too -the staffs are friendly. They even reply all my messages before i went there to check in.

Location was good, lots of food shops. There was private parking lots for hotel guests right outside the hotel (though the units were limited) but there was also an hourly parking lot right opposite the hotel so it was quite convenient

The stay was very comfortable, location is superb if you’re aim is to visit Sunway lagoon, it’s simply just a 2min walk from the hotel.

Cleanliness of the room and hotel overall, compare with other hotels around it seems like heaven and hell (No joke). I stayed in 3 hotels there and went to surveyed the other 5 hotels around there. The first hotel I lived the nearest one with Sunway Pyramid just a nightmare (No joke) because it’s super dirty there.

I had the deluxe room with a king size bed so my baby could sleep between my husband and I. The bed was really comfortable and clean. The bathroom looked brand new, very clean. The room felt spacious. The AC worked well. The location is excellent.
